Training courses in HPC at SISSA/ICTP

SISSA and ICTP are now offering two new training courses in the area of High Performance Computing (HPC), in preparation for the launch of their forthcoming joint master in HPC, which will officially start in autumn 2014.

The two courses are:

• Parallel Programming: a two-week-long course to be held from 17 to 28 February 2014
• Advanced Computer Architectures and Compiler Optimizations (GPGPU programming): a three-day course to be held from 10 to 12 March 2014

The courses are part of the syllabus of the master in HPC and are offered this academic year free to the scientific community. The goal is to test and validate the courses by offering them to motivated and interested people.
