Salam 100 logoIn 2026, ICTP celebrates the centennial of its founder, Abdus Salam, who would have turned 100 on 29 January 2026. 

Events will take place throughout the year to commemorate Salam's centennial and the indelible impact he made in theoretical physics, science in the developing world, and science diplomacy. These include:
