Enrico Fermi buildingICTP's administrative offices are located in the Enrico Fermi building. The following sections handle the administrative matters at ICTP:

- Budget and Finance Office: The overseers of ICTP's budgeting, accounting and treasury services also manage ICTP's Operations and Travel Office, travel agency, and the banking services provided on campus
